Welcome Reception

The Welcome Reception will take place at the main conference venue, the Faculty of Information Sciences, UCM.

Conference Banquet

Date: Thursday, September 3, 2026
Time: 9PM - 11PM
Location: Museo del Traje, Av. de Juan de Herrera, 2, Moncloa - Aravaca, 28040 Madrid

The Conference Banquet will be held at the Museo del Traje, approximately 10 minutes away from the conference venue. Dinner will be standing, cocktail-style. All registered delegates are invited to the banquet, and it's possible to purchase extra tickets for plus-ones, limited by the venue's capacity (please ask details in the conference's registration desk).
